OUR BACKSTORY

Hey! I’m your shift lead Cody Graffius here to walk you through what I and this company stand for.

As of 2024, 41,821 production companies are trying to do exactly what I’m doing. So why would I do the same thing?

It’s simple. I love what I do, the people I work with, and creating a product that makes someone happy. I’m sure many of us spent time in the service industry and in my six years of bartending (alongside my seven-year production career), my favorite moment was that first sip of a customer tasting the drink you made specially for them and seeing their eyes light up in delight. I aim to provide that same emotion to the clients and teams I work with and pardon my French, but I think I do a pretty damn good job.

In my time as a freelancer, I’ve done quite a bit. I taught workshops on film at my Alma Mater. I’ve worked with hundreds of clients over the years, from family-owned businesses, non-profits, large businesses, and passion projects. I’ve worked as a Director, Editor, Sound Mixer, Gaffer, DP, Actor, AD, and pretty much every job up and down the ladder on set besides beauty. Because of that extensive experience, it only makes me a better Team Lead.
